To make the Puppy's Breath, you'll need:

2 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes of chocolate bitters
1 teaspoon of cherry liquor

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice
Stir until well chilled
Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a cherry
