Dina reflects on starting her career on Wall Street during 9/11 and how that experience brought everything into focus, including what “home” means and the kind of life she wanted to build in finance. She shares what drove her success early on: working extremely hard with clear milestones, taking chances, and remembering that success is a collective game built with mentors, sponsors, and strong teams. She also speaks candidly about balance, using the “juggler” metaphor to explain why it is okay to drop a ball sometimes, and why learning to accept you cannot give 100% to everything takes time and looks different for everyone.
