Hilary is an executive coach, facilitator, strategist, and management consultant with over 30 years of experience working across sectors. She is the founder and principal of WJ Consulting, where she partners with nonprofit leaders and mission-driven organizations to help them define and achieve meaningful, sustainable success. Hilary supports clients in deepening self-understanding, clarifying priorities, reframing challenges, and expanding their leadership capabilities through a collaborative and highly practical approach.

Her coaching is informed by extensive business and nonprofit experience, as well as her work as a strategist and management consultant. Hilary coaches individuals and teams, facilitating strategy sessions, leadership development programs, workshops, and board retreats. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a BA in Economics from Princeton University, and is an ICF-certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
