About this listen
Originally from England, Molly Jones took the NCAA by storm and became one of the most dominant athletes in Sun Belt Conference history, breaking school records for Coastal Carolina University and stacking conference titles.
In her final collegiate season, a stress fracture threatened to end her NCAA career early. Through one of the most dedicated cross-training programs you’ll ever hear of, she maintained incredible fitness, and won another conference title on the other side of injury.
Now post-grad, Molly is navigating life beyond college athletics—balancing a full-time job, training mostly on her own, and racing at an elite level on the roads. She has quickly asserted herself as one of the most promising young half marathoners in the world.
Hosted by Will Loggia.
