About this listen

Good morning and welcome to another quiet little corner of Monday.

This episode came from a gentle, reflective place in my heart — the kind of place that notices how often we underestimate small things.

Small beginnings.
Small progress.
Small faith.

We live in a world that celebrates big, loud, dramatic transformations.

But God?

He has always had a soft spot for the small.

An acorn that becomes an oak tree.
A tiny jar of oil that becomes an abundance.
Loaves and fishes that become overflowing baskets.

And maybe most tender of all…

Little faith.

Wobbly faith.
Fear-wrapped faith.
Faith that shows up trembling but shows up anyway.

Because if this episode holds one truth I hope settles into your spirit, it's this:

Small has never intimidated God.

Little has never limited Him.

Even wobbly faith is still faith.

We talked about how easy it is to believe:

"If it's small, it doesn't matter."
"If I don't have much, not much can happen."
"If my faith feels shaky, it must not count."

And yet…

God's entire history says otherwise.

Some days, I come to Him with faith that feels brave.

Other days?

Faith wrapped tightly in fear, anxiety, questions, and "what ifs."

And still…

He receives it without disappointment.

Without condemnation.

With grace.

Always grace.

Tanya once said (and still believes):

"Faith doesn't always feel like courage.
Sometimes it feels like showing up while scared."

Tanya once said:

"My faith is strong.
My nerves are not.
God understands the difference."

And maybe my favorite reminder of all:

"You can bring God faith wrapped in fear.
He's never turned that away."

This episode is especially close to my heart during Lent —

This season of returning.
Recalibrating.
Softening.
Letting go of the illusion that we must arrive polished and perfect.

Because Lent gently reminds us:

We come as we are.

Sometimes steady.
Sometimes wobbly.
Sometimes peaceful.

But always welcome.

And so I'll leave you with the same question we explored together:

What do you want multiplied in your life?

Peace?
Energy?
Joy?
Confidence?
Hope?
Patience?

And perhaps the braver question:

How would you live if it overflowed?

Thank you for spending a few minutes of your Monday with me.

For listening.
For reflecting.
For walking this beautiful, imperfect, grace-filled life alongside us.

Take care of your small things this week.

They matter more than you think.

With so much love,
Tanya
