After serving in the United States Marine Corps and working in Wall Street mergers and acquisitions, he transitioned into real estate, first as a passive investor and later as an operator. Today his team has completed 15 value add acquisitions, actively manages 1,500 units, and has 1,200 units in development while working with over 200 investors. His most recent exit delivered a 37% total return in just two years, and his primary markets include Dallas, Charleston, Savannah, and the Orlando MSA.
