About this listen

After Valerie Adams two weeks ago, we’re staying in Oceania this week, but heading to Australia this time, because I’m really excited to bring you my conversation with Sally Pearson, the 2012 Olympic champion in the 100-meter hurdles and a two-time world champion in 2011 and 2017.

I got the chance to meet Sally at the World Championships in Tokyo, where she was an ambassador for World Athletics.

Sally retired in 2019, and in this episode, she looks back on some of the standout moments from her career and shares what she might do differently, hoping her experience can help the next generation of athletes.

You’re currently listening to the original episode in English, but for anyone who feels more comfortable in French, there’s also a dubbed version available in the podcast feed.

Enjoy!
