About this listen
In this episode, I had a fantastic conversation with Kathy Rigling from Orange County, Florida. We talked about many of the iconic birds of Florida including Kites, Scrub-Jays, and Flamingos. We also chatted about her work as education director of ORANGE AUDUBON SOCIETY and the many great projects they are involved in in Florida. You can HELP RESTORE CRITICAL HABITAT. Orange Audubon has a Birding festival in December called the NORTH SHORE BIRDING FESTIVAL. WINGS OVER FLORIDA provides certificates for observing certain numbers of native Florida birds. Check out last year's JUNE CHALLENGE.
