News flash - a house can be drop-dead gorgeous and still feel oddly hard to live in.

I've been working on some truly stunning homes recently, and noticing a pattern: the photos look perfect, but the Feng Shui often isn’t.

When the floor plan is designed to be “unique” or when everything is open plan with very little structure, the energy can feel turbulent and unsettled even if the décor is immaculate.
