In this episode, I'm joined by my client Tina Ruark-Baker, founder of TRB Creative, where she helps entrepreneurs and business owners grow through LinkedIn strategy, sales coaching, and consulting.

Tina had been in HoneyBook for about 18 months before we worked together. She wasn't starting from scratch, she had things set up, but nothing was connected.

She was managing multiple offers manually, and a lot of the follow-up work was happening at night and on weekends just to keep things from falling through the cracks.

We recently wrapped her HoneyBook CRM build and in this episode she's sharing what the experience was actually like; the process, what shifted, and some of the early wins she's already seeing just two months in.

Including:

• How an automated follow-up email closed two new clients
• How she went from spending her evenings on admin to being able to go out to dinner with her husband
• How she took what she learned and built her own HoneyBook lead form as a landing page and used it to book more clients into a group coaching program.

She also shares a bit about RevLab, the revenue-driven community she's currently building for entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses and stay connected after coaching.
