3. Use a Google Calendar and colour code your commitments, allowing plenty of buffer time for travel and the inevitable interruptions.

Tracy loves 'Evernote' and encourages you to take the time to learn how to use whichever system you decide to use, to get the most out of it and increase your chance of success with a new tool.

A second screen is an essential tool to reduce paper use. Tracy suggests a portable USB screen to use with your laptop.

Regularly doing a brain dump, using Google assistant to make reminders on your phone and a weekly review round out her top tools to reduce overwhelm and work effectively.
