My little hiatus from my podcast. Family responsibilities and time away to reflect and reset.

What’s on my mind right now? Unlearning negative self talk and the importance of understanding the subconscious.

My discovery of my own negative self-talk- what I was doing first thing every morning without even really realizing it until a few months ago.

How I am unlearning that behavior. It takes 21 days to rewire and undo a bad habit, and instill a new one.

Regulating my nervous system.

Looking at core wounds and why they are important as they drive our behaviors.

95% of our behaviors and beliefs are not from our conscious mind, but from our subconscious! Wow.
