Inspired by Theodore Roosevelt's Man in the Arena speech, this show explores the stories of people who build things, back themselves, serve their communities, take risks, start again, lead under pressure, and live that very Australian idea of having a go.

These aren't conversations with perfect people who have all the answers. They're honest discussions with people who've faced challenges, made difficult decisions, learned from setbacks, and kept moving forward.

Some guests will be well known. Others won't. What connects them isn't fame—it's willingness. A willingness to have a crack, do the work, take responsibility, and keep going when it would be easier to stop.
