In the non-profit sector, Andrew has served on the board of the Transcendence Theatre Company since 2016, including a term as Managing Director from 2018 to 2022. In January 2024, he joined the board of Maestra Music, supporting women and non-binary individuals in musical theatre.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Business from the University at Albany, State University of New York. He and his husband, Rob, have lived in Sonoma County, CA, for over 14 years.
