We’re continuing our summer series with a recap of the week’s top headlines and relevant conversation from The Bulletin archive. This week, two individuals were killed by ICE agents during traffic stops. We re-air a conversation with Emily Belz about her reporting on January immigration crackdowns in Minneapolis and how Christians are responding. Then, President Trump has been bringing up election fraud claims from the 2020 elections as the midterm elections get closer. Rep. Adam Kinzinger discusses his role in Congress certifying those elections, the importance of assuring confidence in the voting process, and what true courage looks like. Finally, the World Cup is coming to a close on Sunday as Spain and Argentina compete for the title. The entire tournament is looking like it will be responsible for over $50 billion in bets on the matches. We feature a conversation about sports betting with Isaac Rose-Berman from the American Institute for Boys and Men and why you should be wary of the apps.
