The burnout is real
Burnout, for me, is caused by financial stress (paying for student loans, rent, transportation, food and hygienic necessities) while working more than full time, “job enrichment”, health problems, and living paycheck to paycheck with no future. Being a millennial and knowing lots of people going through the same struggles gives me solace. We are all stuck and burned out together.
