A great read listening his journey through all phases is great for budding leaders. This gives a good insight to what it takes to be a leader of troops.

The book is a nicely structured take about the various levels of command and control in the Armed Forces. It is chronological and hence easy to understand with vital inputs of the author embedded in various events. Overall a very good read for those yearning to be leaders in all fields.
