This works!!
This book has changed my life. I had gastric issues. Now no more. My sleep was disturbed. I sleep like a baby now. I get up without an alarm. I advised someone to have dinner before 6. The person has got rid of chronic constipation . This book is a boon.

Loved loved loved every bit of it. Would have loved it more if Dr. Suhas was the narrator himself. Already started implementing a few things from the book, that suits my prakriti.
