Very enlightening

This book really gave me some encredible insights into my own and others behavior, the reasons why I might feel certain things in certain situations. It's already helped me better understand and communicate with my girlfriend and I thought we were already great at communicating. This is a book I will start gifting people I care about to help them better their relationships, that how good I think it is.

Excellent

This book is an excellent resource for relationship improvement. I'm implementing as many of the strategies as I can remember, and I'm eager to present and begin working through the process with my fiance.

Good content, bad audiobook

The content is useful, the reader is fine, but this book has not been adapted to work as an audiobook at all. You'll want to do the exercises or at least not have to strain to translate them into something that makes sense, so save yourself the frustration and get a text version.

useful activities to transform your relationship

The book provides a guide to the working of our conscious and unconscious minds. Unlike a co-dependent relationship, which is an addition to control and approval (withholding, withdrawal, projection - you attribute to another person something that is actually going on at an unconscious level within yourself), a co-committed relationship is on in which two or more people support each other in being whole, complete individuals.

Part two of the book comprises useful activities for transforming your relationship.

Best book I’ve heard on audible

1. Exercises and activities (second to none)
2. There is nothing negative I can think of about this book a preservation
3. Authors have covered every angle of a relationship
4. If you and your partner are willing to take this journey together doing the exercises in this book, you can’t go wrong.

Add this together with Robert Augustus’s Transforming intimacy and you’re onto a winner (in this lifetime anyway!) :)

Lots of Great Wisdom

I doubt that I will implement many of the sharing techniques that were demonstrated in the end of the book, but I found that the discovery and sharing of micro-truths will be the key deliverable of this volume.
