Good intro with practical exercises/tactics

I found this useful as an introductory book, it covers lots of different areas with some simple, practical pointers for applying it in real life.

Some of the exercises don't translate too well to audiobook so I found it helpful to bookmark and revisit these areas when I could (ie not driving)
