No depth ,only vague concepts and basic science of weightloss. No everyday indian cuisine diet plan and it's analysis and implications .very poor detail .

Good suggestions and myth Busters.
Should have included more Diet plans for both veg and non veg eaters. Otherwise an honest book addressing the most common issues faced by obese people wanting to loose weight.
