Susan is the CEO of Evidence Based Psychology, whose worldwide client list includes Ernst and Young Global, the UN Development Program, JP Morgan Chase and GlaxoSmithKline. She has edited a number of books, including the Oxford Handbook of Happiness, and her research has been featured in the Harvard Business Review, Time and The Wall Street Journal. Born in South Africa, Susan now lives in Boston with her family.

Decent work, needs repeat listening for reinforcement.

It’s nice to be aware and make distance from your emotions. However, to truly adopt these lessons one needs to listen to it repeatedly, reinforce and apply in different situations in one’s own life. Otherwise what are you reading this book for?

simply amazing..!!!!

I just loved it..it's a guide to handle your own emotions and choose your response wisely...very apt for people looking for building their mental strength and agility ...must read for everyone..
