One of the best audible I found.

I have been listening to this for a week now and can say, so far so good. I feel in tune with my body and am more aware of whether or not I am actually hungry, I have been drinking more water and feel happier in myself.

Wasn’t what I expected!

I expected this book to offer mantras and guided meditation. It’s basically like every other “diet” book out there. I didn’t learn anything new.

I think this is a reliable audible for me.

I tried, the I can make you thin hypnosis before this. I loved the theory behind the techniques but it did not really work for me.

Very happy to listen this great book.

I listen to this most nights before I go to sleep although you don't need listen that often but I find it helps if I do, I've stopped snacking and vie not craved wine all week and that's unheard of for me! I normally eat and snack on and of all day but not this week plus lost 4 lbs. .

I love it and following this guide audiobook.

This is really weird I listened to the audio book for the first time a couple of hours ago. Whilst listening I was restless and found it difficult to stay relaxed and even thought during the recording .

This is a massive audible about this topic.

Been listening for nearly a week and can honestly say I’m not eating or craving half as much food! Switch download to high which meant I can now Listen In stereo it very relaxing and have fallen off to sleep most evenings while listening .

okay...but monoton robot too much

some okay stuff, but the really very important hypnosis part is read by the same monotone robot and lets the book down immensely. I am returning it as pointless not having the actual hypnosis part doing its job.

This is the book that I have been searching for.

I tried this and so far it's helping for the first time in years I can choose what and when NOT TO EAT I'm moving around more and feeling better I know I'm losing inches but have not weighed myself yet I do that in three more weeks.

Since listening to this I find myself having no appetite..! I ate a small breakfast then 'forgot' to eat any lunch simply as I was not hungry! This has continued since i have started 4 days ago.

This is best audio book i ever seen.

its been 5 days if listening to this and with no exercise at all, only the same amount of walking I've always done i have already lost 1 kg.
