Nice introduction to happiness topics

Good book covering various topics related to happiness and one can then explore any area they particularly get interested in by the pointers in the book. Simple exercises suggested are really simple, yet helpful.

A great over view

Useful tips

Each episode contained a practical tip to help you become happier in life. I find these tips useful , though the "doubler" sounded very similar to recording gratitude and sounded like the narrators pet invention rather than another proven technique. I found the American narrator's husband told me more depressing information than information that made me happy. I had to turn it off when he came on talking about suicide as I was listening with my children. I also found guests being introduced as "the best selling author of" a bit irritating as it seemed to be be suggesting that this made them an expert in the field. I've read enough poor books that sold well to know that isn't the case. In summary, I found the tips useful, but the actual content was quite light.

Great overview

While I read books from few authors that feature in the program, the introduction nicely summarised their views and presented new ones. I also liked the format: two very knowledgeable presenters discussing the happiness with various authors of books on happiness. Good time spent: gave me ideas what else to read about the topic.

Made me happy

Really enjoyed this series. I felt the hosts were easy to listen to and the guests were interesting and informative. I feel this has given me a new approach on happiness that is realistic and achievable without hard work.

A great Book!

This is a really Interesting book that I really enjoyed and I would really recommend this book as it really is based on alot of what we already know so I could relate easily while listening to it and it was perfectly put together! A must listen for sure!

Narrated well.

Podcast format, good narration with interesting guests. The concept of happiness varies from person to person, it was great to listen to different views and experiences. Techniques and exercises for finding your internal happiness at the end of each chapter.

Great applicable points here.

Happiness is that fleeting thing so many when asked can’t put into words. This series answers questions and make you ask better ones of yourself. Worth every minute listening. It left me wanting more episodes.
