Awesome!

This audio book takes you to a better reality. It is difficult to describe but the only thing I can say is that it makes you feel as if you are sleeping in clouds and later your mind is ready to face the world with a positive mind. I recommend this book.

Speechless

Yesterday was my first night listening to this audiobook and I fell asleep quickly and had the best sleep I have had in years, I was amazed with the result because I felt great after having slept soundly. I liked it!

Very good audiobook, it is excellent

It is great for sleeping and relaxing, it is ideal for relieving anxiety and tension, curing worries and reducing stress. It also contains hypnosis of sleep, overcome insomnia, guided meditations, deep relaxation, affirmations and positive thoughts. This audiobook helped me heal, free myself from stress, panic, depression and overthinking.

Helper

I still don't know why sleeping was such a difficult task for me. I usually fell asleep at 5 or 6 a.m. and woke up at 8. That was my day to day. I felt depressed and the overthinking never left me alone. This audiobook is my cure! when I can't sleep I listen to it and I can sleep and when my mind thinks and thinks I listen to it and I can have control of my thoughts. Thank you.

Great hypnosis for deep sleep

The audiobook contains a session in which we can find balance and well-being within ourselves. This act of awareness will make us stop being afraid of being insecure. After this well-being resource, the session will turn towards a deep sleep. In this way we will conclude in hypnosis to sleep soundly throughout the night.

It help me with my ailments

I really enjoyed the exercises of inhaling deeply and slowly. With the exhalation, I eliminated the tension and stress that had been in my body, especially in my neck and back. It helped me too much, I am very grateful to the author of this audiobook.

This audiobook contains everything

The content of this audiobook is wonderful. I really liked everything about this book and it did what I expected, I managed to feel relaxed and have a deep sleep. With meditation I was able to feel more comfortable and I no longer have insomnia problems.

Sleep well everybody

The audiobook is great for relaxing with really sweet and soft sounds and a calming narration that is perfect for going to bed and sleeping like a baby. I really enjoyed listening to this book, it was really relaxing. Recommended!

All we need to get a good rest

I am a therapist and I recommend this audiobook to find calm in states of anxiety. It really is a great help to rethink situations and to connect with ourselves, disconnection is the main cause of our suffering through hypnotherapy and relaxing sound.

It's like medicine

With the current situation in the world it can be difficult to deal with increased stress and anxiety. This book is like mind and body medicine for health and wellness, you can relieve stress, anxiety and depression at home with just half an hour a day.

Deep Sleep

For many years now I have been looking for a way to find deep sleep, and thus experience what it feels like to rest, and so far I can say that with this audiobook I am on the right path to reach the level of relaxation I have always wanted.

A past full of anxiety

Some time ago I was exposed to a high degree of anxiety that was damaging my overall health. A friend recommended this audiobook to help me with my problem and now I have to say that my anxiety problems are just a bad memory of a complicated time in my life.

Inhaling and exhaling

With the inhalation and exhalation techniques in this audiobook I have been able to overcome many tensions and I have decreased my stress levels. Now when I have a difficult day at work, when I get home I do these exercises to let go of tensions and stress, so I don't bring them home.

Natural sounds

Overcoming insomnia

Over the years I have begun to notice that my hours of sleep have been decreasing and that insomnia was beginning to increase, which I found very worrying because I found myself sleeping between three and four hours a night, luckily after reading this audiobook I have begun to sleep more.

It helped me to get peace

Getting to know meditation

Following the voice

One of the things I liked the most about this audiobook was the incredible voice of the narrator, his voice made me feel much calmer and I was able to reach levels of relaxation that I had never been able to reach in my life through the use of other techniques.
