Story
Businesses hoping to survive over the long term will have to remake themselves into better competitors at least once along the way. These efforts have gone under many banners: total quality management, reengineering, rightsizing, restructuring, cultural change, and turnarounds, to name a few. In almost every case, the goal has been to cope with a new, more challenging market by changing the way business is conducted. A few of these endeavors have been very successful.

Bit out dated really
Some of the papers are 25 years old so although the ideas are good, things have moved on since then. Narration is a bit dull and I resent that the female narrator only gets to read the one paper or of ten written by a women.
Get with the times, HBR!

Great Cross Section of CM Case Examples
Enjoyable Interesting & Useful if only perhaps a bit dated from the 90's era? Worthy kick starter examples of Change Management in big business organisations. Offering sound framework, best practices, and systems for change management. Uncertain how these will work in the smaller organisation, but I feel they are helpful, de-scalable and remain relevant. Especially like the additional 'Ideas in Brief' and the 'Ideas in Practice' side bards too! Definitely recommend this text for any MBA'r wishing to learn and trace back CM initiatives and successes stories for winning solutions.
