Nice strategies to fix your sleep issue

A lot of good advice has been imported which is easy to h understand and practice. So gran this audio book and work out through it to prioritize sleep and live happily.

"Dr Happy" more like Dr Condescending

What an annoying, whiney, patronising git. I'm up to ep 3 and it's like clickbait in audiobook form. He spends 15 minutes rehashing over the same message.

"if you want to sleep better, make it a priority. You should make sleep a priority if you want to sleep better..."

A load of old tripe.

terrible

terrible, dragged out, annoying and overpromising. useless formula and a pain to get through. not recommend. just like most online poory produced materials

As someone who needs a lot of sleep, but doesn't always get it, I'm so grateful Tim has offered these habits on such an essential topic. Down to earth and easy to implement, this is another stellar production that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Boring

Was really looking forward to listening to this audio book...the first 2 chapters have no information in them and is repetitive ..
I cannot get past chapter 3...having said that just this guys voice may help you to fall asleep..
