Nothing new

A well-camouflaged rehash of already over-shared and general advice. Could have benefited with more examples or case studies. The limited examples, annoyingly, seem to be used to drive home the point. Surprisingly, there is very little of working-from-home and work life in the post-Covid era.

Good read to stay motivated

Great practical tips for staying happy and also being confident and assertive. Would definitely recommend reading.

It challenges your current situation for improvement in a kind way. Dr. Sharp gives many handy tips for each habit that anyone can do. I also like to hear the input from all the people at the end of each habit. They give additional ideas while enabling concrete examples of the feasibility of the implementation of happiness at work.
