The author tells about his meditation journey. How his curiosity, persistence, truthfulness and Gurus paved his path for his meditation journey. good narration, gripping story
I skipped this book, as this book was very boring, but when I listened the same on audible, I couldn't put it down, I finished 15 chapters in one go.
some books are amazing to read, some are amazing to listen, it's a book of second category.

I also found one amazing book of ram dass while exploring the book, the life of awakening.
key message: Adhytmik path per sanyog nhi hote, everything is for a reason.
Guru is one who can make you liberate.
A new age guide for new yogis, if you have read few spirtual book, then there's little you won't know, but few things you know will be of great value.
my only ask is in next column author should add more hard earned lessons for meditators.
Author presented his lessons in such a way that some might end up missing those in story, so listen carefully and keep bookmarking the important once.
