Useful guide to negotiation

The book is an interesting listen, we'll read with good content. The examples become a bit laborious and the book could be shorter without loosing much of its value. It is a good introduction to negotiation and I have noticed many of the examples used by sales persons and been able to act appropriately since getting the book.

Elementary stuff dressed as somethingnew

Plagiarosed from the CIPS syllabus and embellished with broad statements claiming the book and it's is something is new and ground breaking.
Nothing new here. Dull and repetitive.
