Estoy decepcionada
No me ha enseñado nada q no supiera... Comer bien, moverse, hacer las cosas q te gustan, sociabilizar, estar abierta a aprender nuevas cosas, reírse, apreciar el momento presente y agradecer. Todo explicado de manera bastante superficial. Me he aburrido aunque estuviera bien narrado.

muy util y practico
es un libro agradable y util. va hilando ideas.hay momentos algo "aburrido" porque son listas y posiciones y si estas escuchando en un carro u oficina no es mucho lo que puedas practicar o anotar pero salvo esa parte es un audiolibro muy bueno

Libro poco práctico
No me gusto el libro es poco práctico no te guia hacia esta metodología solo te dice lo que hacen o no los japoneses u otras personas. Ademas cuando habla de alimentos son aquellos que existen en oriente no aterriza a occidente.
