Absolutely outstanding!

I have listened to this ebook over and over. The techniques for healing are absolutely intriguing. I have applied a few of the techniques for various "tweeks and twangs" in my body, and little by little, my body is responding better and better. A lot of helpful information on how to take control of my body and keep it from ruling me.

Love Serge!

Serge King is one of the greatest teachers i know. It's always a pleasure to hear him teach his own work, and the clarity of this recording is way better than some of the earlier stuff from his website. As stated herein, a lot more on the subject is available in the full book. I beleive even listeners unfamiliar with his work will learn some great things from this book. i'm very familiar with his work, and still picked up some great new stuff. Very worthwhile if you are into exploring mind/body medicine.

Put more of these books on audible.

I was a fan of Maxell Maltz and was thrilled to find this book. I did many miraculous things with my imagination back in the 70s. I know the mind is powerful. I was looking for The audible version of Pyscho Cybernetics. The one I found was updated & very difficult to listen to. I was looking for the original version when I found this book. Loved it. Thank you for bringing me back to my original philosophies & refreshing my power over my mind. This has restored me.

I've read and listened to a lot of books. This one changed my life and my life was already wonderful. Totally perfectly exceptional.

Wonderful information

What made the experience of listening to Instant Healing the most enjoyable?

This is a book with loads of information everyone can use. I like the author's unselfish presentation of a smorgasbord of sound ideas about healing and his background in medicine and psychology all the more make it credible.

I have Morton's nueroma in my left foot and have had three injections but the burning pain still recurred time and again and began to develop on the other one. I felt the doctor that treated me did not give me enough medication and I resented him for that. One of the suggestions Dr. Kahili King gave was to associate the pain with aspects of our lives we might not have forgiven and I gave it a try. The pain went away and I feel confident that my healing will be complete. He covered so many facets of our lives which we often take for granted and this, I think, is the mark of a good healer. I will listen to this book again and again until I fully get it.

loved it I finished it all in one night will be reading again some of the th6i sorta already knew but it gave me a new perspective on things.
