Track 6 is scary.
I have only listened to this program once and I tell you this is a waste in comparison to the other programs created by subliminal Hypnosis.
Don't buy this.
Except for the main track (fire sound), I personally didn't like this at all.
Mainly track 6. It is scary.
I don't understand why this (track 6) sound was added for self help meditation as I don't see any point in doing so.
However, If you happen to purchase this program then please let me know if you liked the track 6 specially and explain how this sound of nature could be soothing and meditative.

Just nature’s sounds?
This audiobook has 7 chapters. I listening through the entire audiobook whilst awake (doing chores) and didn’t pick up on any messages, affirmations, ‘vibrations’ ( like binaural for example) or anything..... if there is a subliminal message it’s sooooo subtle I didn’t hear it all! I actually enjoyed the nature sounds very much ( crackling fire, waves breaking on the shore, heavy rainfall, fast river flow, rumbling rain storm, whale song, windy gales) ..... but I can’t see how this would help me break poor habits - and I need help! Returning this for something that’s more ‘obvious’.
