“What wouldn’t I give for more hours in a day!” It's a common sentiment in our hectic era. One way to do it – to enlarge our days – would be to shrink the time we spend sleeping. Here's the story of one Akshat Rathi, who did just that in an year-long experiment to survive, and even thrive, on 4-5 hours of sleep every day.
