This is the best book that I have read (listened to) till date about Bipolar Disorder. I gained a lot of knowledge about BD from this book. The best thing is that this is a practical guide. The bestest thing about this book is that it gives me hope. When there are families or persons who have such difficult BD can cope with the illness I can also deal with the illness. The narrator was superb.
