Intelligence is usually seen as the ability to think and learn, but in a rapidly changing world, there's another set of cognitive skills that might matter more: the ability to rethink and unlearn. In recent months, the pandemic has forced us all to reevaluate our assumptions about health and safety and multiple acts of police brutality have challenged most of us to reconsider our responsibility for fighting racism. Yet in our daily lives, too many of us still favor the comfort of conviction over the discomfort of doubt.

List of 50 books and authors
Really disappointed. The book lacks any originality and could well be used as a list of books and authors which can be referenced instead. if you have read The power of now, can't hurt me , thinking fast and slow and authors like Dale Carnegie , this book will look like just excerpts from these authors and books. Wish could give less than one star.

Don’t waste a credit
Reads like a high-school presentation about mindfulness. He touches on the odd valid concept from other authors or experts in the field, but then doesn’t offer any real insight or meaningful explanation that would help you better understand or implement the approach. He just states the obvious on a very basic level and uses made up examples that really show his lack of real-world experience. Frustrating read/listen

Get control of your emotions
a great book on how we let our emotions control our lives and a breakdown of how you can take back control to thrive.
