Content is very straight forward and easy to learn and apply even in the most busy life routine. Step by step 'how to' guide to understanding, practicing and maintaining and balanced healthy life by altering your current thoughts, recognizing them along with the emotions that are attached, and strategies on change and prevention of those thoughts and behaviors that ultimately keep you stuck and frustrated in certain unhealthy or unwanted life style habits. The author uses and mentions/ references exercises in the accompanying PD. The accompanying PDF for this title that is a crucial tool to have while reading this book but is available in wrong format or inaccessible.

PDF Not Available

The book is good but I'm unable to open the PDF that he refers to throughout the book. I've tried several times on multiple devices without any success. Not sure how to go about getting access to this component. Wish I could access it as this is instrumental in getting the most out of this book. Any and all suggestions welcome.

Game changer

Good short little book

Had some useful information in it. I just wish they didn't quote Ekhart Tholle so much. That guy is a hack. But other than that I gained some decent insight from it about the emotional world.

Fantastic Read

This book has really good insight on the paradigma of success in order to revamp your emotional well being by simply analyzing it, reflecting on the whys and how you can transform your mindset into someone you want to be around in both your personal life and professional life. What excites you? What doesn’t? It’s challenges you to sit down and listen. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a different perspective on managing your emotions!

Practical and engaging, full of real life examples

I love this audiobook because of how practical and engaging it is. Thibaut Meurisse back up his points with well researched scientific facts and copious examples from his own life. This made it easy for me to relate with the examples and illustrations in the book. Am definitely going to listen to this book again and add more to my original notes. It’s a must read for anyone wanting to master their emotions for the greatest benefit.

A Useful Read

There is a lot of information in here, and it uses some good examples and guidance throughout. There are personal stories as well. It's a rather engaging read if you are looking for a greater insight into how to manage your own emotions.

Save my life!

Just lists of other people's idea

Feels like the author has done a ton of research send just regurgitated it all, rather than adding any new takes or analyses. The narrator also just reads everything as a list, which didn't help.
