Amazing!!

Agapi has an awesome Greek accent, calming voice. It helps to fall asleep almost instantly.

Error retrieving titles

I am unable to download it at all. Whenever I try, it is saying 'error retrieving titles'. Audible must look into this and rectify the glitch.

Application looks buggy

Half way through a chapter when I tried to play another chapter it gets downloaded but not playing rather the earlier chapter keeps playing. Finally when we close the app and reopen we could choose a new one to play
Not sure if iam missing something here

Weird choice of narrator...

Would much rather have preferred and unknown narrator who's profession was meditation. Fast talking and filling every void with words is not particularly conducive to relaxation. Definitely feels like this is Diddy's first attempt at meditation. Had to switch off after 10min as it was waking me up rather than sending me off to sleep.

It was free so gets an extra star but it's not great.

I was desperate for sleep.

was sceptical at first but I had gone 2 weeks on bits of sleeps. woke feeling relaxed and surprised that these books did a fantastic job.

a bit of everything

good meditation.
Diddy is a step away from the stereotypical meditation teacher. Towards someone more accessible to the people who need the benefits of meditation bit get put off by the woowoo. If anything tries to fit too much in.

Great night meditation

I fell asleep each time so I don’t remember the story. This meditation was very relaxing and the narrators voice is perfectly soothing.

Excellent Yoga Nidra

I monitored this meditation wth a Muse headband and it proved itself exceptionally relaxing with the 30 min session 93% calm 7% neutral and 0% active. Best of all, I still feel peacefullly warm and puffy.

Find what suits you

I feel all the sleep meditations are so different that it will have one that suits everyone. I love crystal bowl breathing but don't like the honour yourself by Diddy as he talks too much.
I've had many nights I've fallen asleep listening and the missus has to turn off the next one that's just started when she gets into bed

Great until a jarring terrible radio wash comes on

Around 20mins, the peace and sleep I'd reached is broken by a gosh awful loud radio wash sound for about two minutes.

What's the rush?

lovely idea but slow the hell down.
it causes more anxiety than it relieves having someone rapid fire instructions at you.

Helped me sleep

Helped me sleepI listened to 3 of the Meditation episodes found that the Diddy one Was the most effective made me feel relaxed and managed to go to sleep quite well would highly recommend that episode however some of the other episodes are not as good ones have period of time that our silence is not as affective and made me feel not relaxed after listening to it.
