Story
In this stunning audiobook, Malcolm Gladwell takes us on an intellectual journey through the world of "outliers" - the best and the brightest, the most famous, and the most successful. He asks the question: What makes high-achievers different? His answer is that we pay too much attention to what successful people are like, and too little attention to where they are from: That is, their culture, their family, their generation, and the idiosyncratic experiences of their upbringing.

For Tracy, eating a frog is a metaphor for tackling your most challenging task - but also the one that can have the greatest positive impact on your life. Eat That Frog! shows you how to organize each day so you can zero in on these critical tasks and accomplish them efficiently and effectively.

Good Book with nice pointers but has a very female oriented solution to everything
Quite enjoyed the book and gives you really good tips and insights about how to change your mindset. It’s pretty cool. The book too is littered throughout with interesting stories and scenarios in which the writers idea play out. The book is indeed very accessible.
Though with that said, the book does seem to have a feminist bias. In most of the examples the boys are having a hard time and the mother shows the correct way. Moreover quite a lot of solutions boil down to talking it out and discussing, which at times work but is essentially a very female way of sorting things out.
But the writers heart is in the right place and I found the book to be quite helpful as well as informative.

Mindset matter
Book talks about growth mindset and also emphasise that the term natural talent does not really make sense by providing its negatives. May sound very repetitive but has its own merits.

A true bookbkn motivation
Mindset defined in black and white
The chapters on sports coaches and the sports person is absorbing.
How effort and hardwork makes you comfortable, than beleving in the talent and proving it repeatedly stunts the growth.
Would re-read the last 3 chapters for students, parents and teachers.
A definitive book for parents and teachers
