So relaxing

Love this particular meditation, a practice that is new to me, and have inserted it into my morning routine. Feel totally relaxed, energised, and ready to start the day after practicing it.

Helpful

Meditation is something new for me, an uncharted territory so having someone guide me through it is really helpful. I've liked some meditations more than the others but maybe it's because I had trouble with keeping focused at the beginning and that's why I remember some tracks as not very good. I feel like I got a little better now so I'm planning on revisiting every track and checking out how does it really works for me. All in all - a good place to start.

Great meditation

I really enjoy this meditation. It makes me feel calm and serene and start the day with ease.
