Story
Something is not right in Bayport. After a series of unfortunate (yet harmless) pranks, it looks like Frank and Joe have caught their suspect surprisingly early. Their classmate, Seth Diller, has taken his love of filmmaking a bit too far. But shortly after Frank and Joe confront Seth, there are fresh outbreaks of Seth-like pranks. Except these aren't as harmless. After a bit of investigating, the Hardy Boys uncover evidence of the Red Arrow - a group that will stop at nothing to bring chaos and crime to Bayport's peaceful existence.

HBA “Mystery of the Phantom Heist”
I really like how Joe (and Frank) use YouTube and their skills to track down the “Scaredevils” and how at the end, they save Lindsey Paiton’s
Birthday, and she says that they rock. My least favorite part is when Frank and Joe find Collin Sylvester and Sierra Mitchell kissing, and how Sierra is a cheater.

Too predictable! Red Arrow book one much better
The narrator did a great job. however the sorry plot was way too predictable making it boring. We were disappointed because book one was an excellent, interesting story with twists! Too afraid to try book 3 after book 2 being so disappointing!

Great Book, Well Organized and Easy To Understand
All thought is less than 3 hours, I have to say this was much more interesting and more actions than the first series "Secret Of The Red Arrows". Before you read this, if you haven't read the first series "Secret Of The Red Arrows" it would help you understand who are the characters, and how the first series lead next to the second book/series.
Over all Great Book!!!

not like the originals
they use the same names and the same basic plot. but this seems to be written for a much younger age. I remember reading the original Hardy Boys when I was like 9 or 10 years old. I still enjoy reading them today. this series it seems to be written for probably first or second graders.
