Story
I was upgraded to first class on a flight from London to New York. The food, champagne, and service were impeccable. The blue-eyed man sitting next to me, even better. He was suave and intelligent. We talked and laughed, and something clicked. Fate took over and the plane was grounded, and we had an unexpected stopover for the night. With no plans, we made our own.

Story
The first time I met Chase Parker, I didn't exactly make a good impression. I was hiding in the bathroom hallway of a restaurant, leaving a message for my best friend to save me from my awful date. He overheard and told me I was a bitch, then proceeded to offer me some dating advice. So I told him to mind his own damn business and went back to my miserable date. I couldn't help but sneak hidden glances at the condescending jerk on the other side of the room. Of course, he caught me on more than one occasion, and winked.

Story
It was just a typical Monday. Until the big boss asked me to make the pitch for a prospective new client. After two years on shaky ground at work because of my screw up, an opportunity to impress the senior partners was just what I needed. Or so I thought, until I walked into the conference room and collided with the man I was supposed to pitch to. My coffee spilled, my files tumbled to the ground, and I almost lost my balance. And that was the good part of my day. Because the gorgeous man who crouched down and looked at me like he wanted to eat me alive was none other than my ex.

Books talk about sparks flying. F--k that shit. With her, it was like emergency flares mixed with jet fuel. Or maybe just straight up napalm. Only one problem: She wouldn't tell me her name or her number when she disappeared from the hotel room after the hottest f--king night of my life. Now I've had a taste of unicorn pussy - the sweetest, rarest of all pussy - and I need it again. So what's an asshole to do? I took this problem to the street, a missed connection gone viral. And when I find her? I'm keeping her.

Story
Lexington Dane was my brother’s best friend growing up. We did everything together. He taught me how to throw a punch, how to change a tire...and he taught me how to kiss. I fell hard and fast, and gave him all my firsts. I promised I’d wait for him.... But I’m done waiting, because he went off to college and never came back. He took his fancy business degree and moved to New York City, where he promptly became a real estate mogul - turning every penthouse and apartment project he touched into gold.

Story
I can’t believe I have to go home to Nebraska for my sister’s wedding. I’m gonna need a wingman and a whole lot of vodka for this level of family interaction. At least my bestie agreed he’d man up and help. Too bad he had to catch a different flight than me. Then, his plane got delayed. And finally - because bad things always happen in threes - instead of my best friend, his evil twin walks out of the airport. If you looked up doesn’t-deserve-to-be-that-confident, way-too-hot-for-his-own-good billionaire in the dictionary, you’d find a picture of Grady Holt. He’s awful.

Story
Terminated for inappropriate behavior. I couldn’t believe the letter in my hands. Nine years. Nine damn years I’d worked my butt off for one of the largest companies in America, and I was fired with a form letter when I returned home from a week in Aruba. All because of a video taken when I was on vacation with my friends - a private video made on my private time. Or so I thought.... I cracked open a bottle of wine and wrote my own letter to the gazillionaire CEO telling him what I thought of his company. I didn’t think he’d actually respond.

It all starts as pretend. To everyone else, Hunter is the most powerful man in New York. Respected by his associates and feared by his competitors. But to me? He's just my best friend. my sexy-as-hell best friend. It was easy to agree to help him fake a romance. After all, who knows him like I do? Convincing his tight-knit family takes a little more: An unexpected kiss that makes my skin sizzle, my knees go weak. Before I know it, our banter turns to flirting and Hunter's hell-bent on charming me. On our first night together, we barely keep our hands off each other.

It started out like any other morning on the train - until I became mesmerized by the guy sitting across the aisle. He was barking at someone on his phone like he ruled the world. Who did the stuck-up suit think he was...God? Actually, he looked like a god. That was about it.

Story
I’d never forgotten him - a man I’d yet to meet. Griffin Quinn was my childhood pen pal, the British boy who couldn’t have been more different from me. Over the years, through hundreds of letters, we became best friends, sharing our deepest, darkest secrets and forming a connection I never thought could break. Until one day it did. Then, out of the blue, a new letter arrived. A scathing one - one with eight years of pent-up anger. I had no choice but to finally come clean as to why I stopped writing. Griffin forgave me, and we were able to rekindle our childhood connection.

Story
Bennett Fox walked into my life on one hell of a crappy Monday morning. I was late for the first day at my new job - a job I’d now have to compete for, even though I’d already worked eight years to earn it, because of an unexpected merger. While I lugged my belongings up to my new office, a meter maid wrote me a parking summons. She’d ticketed a long line of cars - except for the Audi parked in front of me, which happened to be the same make and model as mine. Annoyed, I decided to regift my ticket to the car that had evaded a fine.

Story
Pampered heiress Georgianna Watkins has a party-girl image to maintain, but all the shopping and clubbing is starting to feel a little bit hollow - and a whole lot lonely. Though Georgie would never admit it, the highlights of her week are the mornings when she comes home at the same time as her uptight, workaholic neighbor is leaving to hit the gym and put in a long day at the office. Teasing him is the most fun Georgie's had in years - and the fuel for all her naughtiest daydreams.
Publisher's Summary
Nathan Mercer, the only man in my life.
Loving him was never an option.
We met 10 years ago, when we started at the same company on the same day.
Both new in town and with nobody else to rely on, we quickly became friends.
And while Nathan went on to rule San Francisco, I’m still doing the same job with the same people.
We finish each other’s sentences, we spend Christmas together, and he sleeps at my house more than his.
He’s beautiful...beyond belief.
In another life, he’s probably my soul mate.
However, lately things have changed. He’s started looking at me differently.
His eyes drop to my lips as I speak.
His hugs are tighter...longer.
Our fights are more passionate, his jealousy insane.
I know it’s all in my head...it has to be.
They say to never love someone who treats you like you’re ordinary.
I don't. To him I'm a queen.
But our story is complicated.
And as much as I love Nathan Mercer with all of my heart...
He’s the one man I can never have.

I simply can't with this heroine...
Okay, I purchased Mr. Masters. LOVED IT! The banter! The humor! The sexiness! I just love all of it!
I purchased Our Way and it's been so damn long since I hated a heroine THIS MUCH!
Eliza is practically abusive towards Nathan. She involves everyone in her relationship other than the other person she's in a relationship with, Nathan.
These two are such a cluster! Nathan is going through stuff, he goes against EVERYTHING he thought he was to be with Eliza, and all Eliza does is throw his past relationship choices at him. The whole hypocrisy she has towards him is completely appalling to me. She goes out of her way to verbally slap and abuse him that I just found absolutely disgusting. Eliza kept demanding to know every single sexual detail he had with other women, and like an idiot, he tells her, and then she uses it as ammunition when she's feeling particularly vicious. She's absolutely unhinged and probably one of the worse heroines I've read read in a while. It was disgusting. Her friends are just as ridiculous and obnoxious as she is. And at the end, she was such a "B" to him in NYC, I was so furious because she literally started saying it was "fun" to goad him in. I just had ZERO respect for her and how she treated the one person she claimed that she loved with venom simply because she was hurting and she wanted to make him worse than she does when her "pain" was self inflicted by her own insecurities and need to demand information for questions she REALLY doesn't or need to know from Nathan.
Nathan does has issues with his anger, but for his situation, being in a relationship he's never been in before, I give him a pass. So the ONLY reason I finished the book was to find out what happens with Nathan. Unfortunately I feel bad for him. He can't seem to let Eliza go when she treats him so horribly. They are so psychologically bad for each other that I simply cannot believe in the Happily Ever After of this story.
Elena and Conner were great in their narration, but the story was my main bone of contention.

Horrible!
After having read the stop over and the takeover I have been very excited to get started on this book. Unfortunately not even two hours into it I wanted to stop and then because I did pay for it I continued but then wanted to stop every single time I would begin listening again. I had the hardest time finishing this book I was wishing it would just get to the end as soon as possible! But the takeover and the stopover were excellent!

Loved This Book
I knew from the narrators that this was something I might want to listen to, but was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed the story. It was well written and had me from the first chapter to the end. I was invested in their struggles and was rooting for them to the end. Truly great!!

Unique plot line...but
I liked the characters but felt the book could have been shorter. It was a bit low on the believe ability scale. I have to admit I fast forwarded through much of the book. I really enjoy the author; this just wasn’t a favorite for me. Narration was good.

I laughed, I cried, and I’m pretty sure I had a few panic attacks while reading this book. There are so many moments where you just want to shake the characters. I think this book was an excellent read. I’m hoping the author comes out with more audiobooks because I really want to read the Stanton series. Especially since Cameron made an appearance in this one.

Ugg not a bad book but not great!
Ok so I think most people definitely can over think/overreact, however I don’t want to read about an overly insecure woman. I get her situated wasn’t simply but i was getting frustrated with the lack of communication and mutual respect, the male lead was a dick. #toxic #masculinity

A different kind of love story
Love is love, right? Well, this story certainly tells it in a different way. Best friends for 10 years, Nathan starts to develop feelings for his best friend, Eliza. However, Nathan has always identified as a gay man. Through some self exploration and the help of therapist, Nathan figured out he’s a Pansexual. This isn’t your average love story and that’s what’s makes it special and unique.
Connor Crais was wonderful. And Elena Wolfe was amazing. She’s always makes me feel so connected to the story.

COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN AMAZING!!!!!!!!!
I am such a fan of T L Swan. I'm never disappointed and this story was no different.
How she manages to write such super sexy stories in a stunningly sensitive way around such important topics that grip your heart right from the off.
Teamed up with two of my go to narrators Connor Crais and Elena Wolfe the dream team was complete for me. Both their performances were utterly bewitching and captivating, I just couldn't put it down, my heart was pounding as the story went on its emotional journey of twists and turns whilst alway returning to the heart of the story that no matter what... love is love and the true love that had always been and remained...between these two best friends.
I truly loved every minute. I didn't want the book to end. I would love to hear more from these characters. ❤

Overall worth a listen!
I was a little unsure as to whether I should buy this or not having read mixed reviews. Overall I did enjoy it, its the first time I've listened to a book where the male lead went from gay to pansexual. My only reservation was it did get slow at times & dwelled at certain points for far too long. I thought the performance was excellent
