Even today, the novel has a cult following and fan base among people of all generations. The book continues to be admired and garner critical acclaim for its tightly woven plot and vivid narration, the wit of the dialogue, and the way in which the power struggle and intrigues of the Chola empire were depicted.

Fantastic narration and story

Excellent rendition
The narration in the form of audio drama is very well done. Excellent choice expressions and pronounciation by the artists.
The music could have been better and the bgm could have been a little less and had more of period music.

Get the best of both worlds - The book & Cinema
Fantastic work by the team. Every character artist has done 100% justice to the story and has made this a memorable one to listen to. Appreciate this wonderful effort to take Kalki's work to the world. I especially loved the background music, which enhances the hearing experience. The BGM took me to the Ponniyin Selvan's era.
Hats off to the entire team, once again!!
