3.5 Star Star’s

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this book, well because I don’t read blurbs if I can help it.

I enjoyed the beginning and the end a lot. It was around the middle I waffled a little not that it was bad just that it wasn’t holding my interest very well, but it did pick up so I am glad I stuck with it. :)

Logan O’Toole and Devi Dare I mean freaking great names right!
I don’t want to give the same regurgitated review. So I am going to just speak to you like a friend and tell you about the book that way.

Both porn stars and they meet 3 years ago. What is sweet and unexpected was they both couldn’t stop thinking about one another. So when they bump into each other again, feeling start happening pretty fast.

They start working on a project together and sparks are a flying! Damn did they fly. As the story progresses you can see how much these two want to be with each other, only is a porn star life conducive to a real relationship? That’s really the big question....

Would I recommend this book yes, I think it had a hell of a lot of Hot Sexy times, with a pretty good story-line. I would tell my bestie about it for sure. If only to say you have to meet Logan O’Toole lol best book boyfriend name EVER!!!

Love the book!

Love the book, and Jacob Morgan's performance was perfect. However, C.J. Bloom really hurt it. She's usually horrible and over dramatizes what's happening, but the producer or director actually kept that in check. But her male voice is almost unbearable. It's like the voice of an 80-year-old, pack-a-day smoker. Not sexy, but the story was very sexy.

"what a surprise listen"

The title alone tell's you it's a graphic listen. If you don't like dirty talking characters this isn't the book for you. I don't mind so I liked it. Logan O'Toole (what a great name) really won me over. At first I thought he was going to be a smutty porn star who only cares about himself. But I accully found Logan to be very likable. The fact that Devi Dare wasn't immuture for her age made her character very likable as well. Both character's delivered humor and heart. It was interesting to see how star's in this industry manage dating and love. This was my first book narrated by Jacob Morgan it won't be my last. Overall this book was everything I thought it would be and more. Definitely worth a credit so Don't miss out on this one!

So Much Fun

Complete and utter fantasy novel. It is such a fun read with no angst but all the giddy feels! You'd be missing out if you didn't own this. Do yourself a favor: 1. def listen on audible. (Zachary Webber is my absolutely fave ear boyfriend) 2. Skip your plans tonight, get a sitter or lock the bedroom door, grab a bottle of wine, and sink into it. 3. Thank me later. 😉

It's me not you

I think this is the case , it's me not you. I had high expectations for Porn Star but I just kept falling sleep; story couldn't hold my attention. Granted the sexy times were plentiful and Jacob Morgan was outstanding as always but C.J. B!oom sounded robotic and wrong and the storyline felt dated. Anywho, it's just my opinion.

Not interesting

This book wasn't bad, it was just dull and couldn't manage to keep my interest.

Jacob Morgan is solid, but the female narrator was all wrong; it remains a mystery how editors & publishers are ok with these narrations that are both robotic and over dramatic.

#Porn Star

Would you consider the audio edition of Porn Star to be better than the print version?

Have only listen to the audio but I will be reading the printed version, due to the fact that I`m not 100% sold on the way the audio made me view the book/story.

If you’ve listened to books by Laurelin Paige and Sierra Simone before, how does this one compare?

This is my first for both of these authors in the audio world

Which character – as performed by CJ Bloom and Jacob Morgan – was your favorite?

Both did a great job with the Logan and Devi, as for my favourite I`ll leaning towards Devi.

What can I say, I didn`t not like this story I just found it hard to get past the fact that Devi`s parents are cool with her doing Porn.

So Erotic

Loved this one, despite what the title of the book may suggest this one is so much more than just porn stars. It's so far removed from the norm and monotony of other books on the market and such a good listen. Don't get me wrong it's highly erotic and pleasureful but it's also romantic and sweet and has a good story line. If you are looking for that next "diamond in the rough" kind of book, want a storyline that strays from the conventional romance, and can stand a little "heat", then I would absolutley recommend you give this book a try!

My Two Pennies

Narration is on point, I was able to feel the emotions coming through with every word spoken. What an incredible collaboration between two authors. Logan O' Tool is undoubtedly a man everyone wants a piece of and adding the fact that he's a well known porn star doesn't hurt at all. Just when you think things couldn't get any better we meet Devi, another porn star that's not as well known in the industry as Logan but that's beside the point. This story went past just the basics of sexual experiences and moved further into the relationship status and the struggles with trying to have a committed one in this kind of industry. Don't get me wrong the scenes scare are on fire and will have you panting for sure. Moments I'm gasping by actions and completely thrown off guard and I love that because I'm kept on my toes and you're not expecting what's to come next. Great story and I've enjoyed it very much. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

HOT HOT HOT!

Loved this one. I was a little skeptical thinking it would be nothing but sex scenes but I was very pleasantly surprised. The sex scenes were incredible but there was a lit of emotional depth. The relationship was so believable. I also liked the commentary about the porn industry and the question this story raises about monogamy and sexuality. I also loved Devi's parents, They were great secondary characters.

Jacob Morgan is a perfect fit for Logan. CJ bloom was pretty good too but her male imitations were laughable. However I still think she was a good choice to voice Devi.
