Publisher's Summary

What I want to achieve - what I have been striving and pining to achieve these 30 years - is self-realization, to see God face to face, to attain moksha.

In this classic autobiography, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi recounts the story of his life, entwining memories of his childhood, marriage, experiences in South Africa and later with the freedom movement with his constant struggle to attain absolute truth and his quest to be one with God.

Narrated in Gandhi's simplistic prose, Satya ke Saath Mere Prayog: Ek Atmakathaa is a glimpse into the life and mind of the man who would lead his country to freedom and be hailed as the greatest figure of the 20th century.

Excellent narration by Babla kochar

This book needs no introduction for obvious reasons. What makes it really enjoyable was, it's narration by Mr. Babla kochar. Except a few occasions where narration looks dramatic , the complete work is awesome. One feels as if Mr. Gandhi is telling himself .

Excellent to know. narrative too dramatic

Great to hear the thoughts and history of MaGa. Narration is too dramatic and too slow at times - good to hear at 1.5-2x speed. Voice is quite clear - credit due there.

Name and number of each chapter should be as per book so that selection is easy - current numbers do not make any sense.

Great Book Sad Performance

The narration is too dramatic. Content of the book itself is extremely potent. There was absolutely NO need for the narrator to be THAT dramatic throughout the book. Difficult to listen.
