The Best😍😍😍😍

I loved this book!! I loved that Zenny is a black woman but a big deal wasn’t made about it. I’m a black woman with a white husband and love has no color. And Jacob Morgan...omg...I love you!! He is my favorite narrator and I’ve listened to most of his audibles Great narrator and a great story.
Rock those Bells!!!

Perfection

Sierra Simone is a GODDESS! This book was powerful, heartbreaking,, funny, sensual, beautiful, and of course, unbelievably sexy. Jacob Morgan is always amazing, and brought this book to life like only he can. I need more Morae Brehon-- she was perfect. This book is a must listen!!

Good Story

Thought this story was better than the 1st. It was sad and emotional and I found myself rooting for the sinner. Sean is a very likeable flawed guy. Zachary "Jacob Morgan" Webber was excellent as usual. Love, love, love his work.

The best

How I even begin to review a book so smart, emotional, intense and yet so incredibly filthy?

Sean Bell’s inner dialogue takes you on a journey through his mind that compels you to rethink your own takes on religion and faith. The topics that are presented and laid out are so intriguing and keeps your mind and your heart working and involved in a way that makes this book impossible to turn off.

But it would be impossible not to mention the incredibly dirty mind that Sierra Simone has. The chemistry between Sean and Zenny was so palpable that you can feel the tension. You can feel the build. This series toys with sin and I don’t know if it’s the authors words or the underlying wrongness, but the dirty, dirty scenes were overwhelming and so body melting that not even a/c can cool the desire during this listen.

The intense love I have for this book is SO DUCKING HARD. LIKE A ROCK HARD. THE LOVE IS HARD PEOPLE. I want to throw my phone against a wall and I want to cradle it against my chest. The feelings are so intense. I can’t take it.

Jacob Morgan is beyond the perfect narrator. He takes over Sean Bell and becomes him, his inflections and tone makes the character come to life. Not to mention his ability to talk dirty so easily. Although Morae Brehon was not in the book so much, her small attributes were perfect.

I didnt like it at first...

**Warning: there are spoilers**

NARRATION - Jacob Morgan... This man can do no wrong in my ears! He is the perfect Sean Bell.
Morae Brehon... Although shd had a small part in the narration, she delivered!

STORY - So 3/4 in the story, I started disliking it. It was slow. Yes, there were layers but I didnt feel the depth and I started to feel bored. I was disappointed that she wasnt really a nun and it lost some of the taboo factor for me. The sex was hot but it was drawn out. I mean 1 whole chapter of him performing oral.... ehhh okayyy... BUT!! There was great build up through out the first 3 quarters of the book.
The last quarter of the book..... It killed me! I cried. All the things that happened on the last quarter made up for everything. My heart broke for Sean and Zenny but especially for Sean. He is such a well written character. Zenny is well written too, smart and loving and so so brave. But Sean... His inner dialogues about himself, his mom and the “church of cancer”, his relationship with God, about sex and God, about Zenny – LOVE IT ALL!
The part about his mom.. It felt so real and personal and now I know why.... Thank you Sierra Simone for writing a great book even tho some parts hit close to home! Im sure it wasnt easy but you wrote it anyway! Thank you!

Yes, it’s definitely worth a credit!

Thought Provoking and Powerful

First let me just say, Sierra Simone NEVER disappoints!!!
Sean Bell is struggling with his faith and with a past that makes him question the world around him.
Zenny has just grown into a woman who has placed her life in the hands of God and the faith in which she holds at the top of her priorities.
There is not only a significant age difference between Sean and Zenny but she is also his friends sister and completely innocent where he is matured.
But there is no denying the chemistry and Sierra Simone gives it to you from the internal dialogue through Sean and the unmistakable reactions the pair have when they come together.
This book is HOT HOT HOT! But it’s also very deep and takes you on a journey of Sean’s self discovery of healing and forgiveness.
The writing is flawless. The characters are beautiful and the plot is original and thought provoking.
I listened to this on audio and narrator, Jacob Morgan gives a performance with so much soul poured into Sean’s character. It’s absolutely incredible and a MUST listen!!

So Timely!

This book explores faith and religion through an incredible love story, of which the circumstances are very timely. Jacob Morgan is a fabulous narrator! Lots of depth in these characters.

Jacob knocks it out of the park again

This book topped its predecessor “Priest” 👏

I thoroughly love Sean’s POV depth. My god. There was some amazing writing done in there. This book was spicy but in the perfect way. There was no overkill on that. It was a well balanced kink that didn’t skip the emotion... cause then it would be like watching a porno with mediocre acting. The emotion and character depth was there and alive. I live for this book. I also cried my face off (Not many books have made me cry like a f**king baby, this one did).

Jacob Morgan is Sean. He gives life to his characters. His voice is romantic, dreamy, sultry, sinful and captivating. Who on this planet can truly say anything different?!?!

So good!

Wow! I was recommended this audio because of my love of Jacob Morgan’s narrations, and the blurb intrigued me. I’m so glad I decided to go for it because, HOLY HOTNESS this story read by Jacob Morgan left me in a constant state of blushing *fans self*. As I’ve come to expect Jacob Morgan really pulled me into the story and I felt like I was there. He did an amazing job narrating from Sean’s POV, as well as voicing Zenny. I was so drawn into Sean’s emotions. Jacob did such an amazing job bringing my emotions to the surface as Sean struggled with his Mom’s health and his feelings for Zenny. Sean, a self-proclaimed womanizer, never thought he’d ever fall for a woman and settle down. Cue Zenny, his best friend’s sister who is about to take her vows to become a Nun, to toss his world upside down. She seeks out Sean to help her realize what she would be missing by commuting her life to God. I loved seeing Sean’s walls start crumbling down the more time he spent with the strong willed, confident and strong woman that Zenny was. When Sean started to fall for Zenny he fell hard. I could feel his turmoil as he struggled with reconciling his feelings and what was best for Zenny. Sean navigating through really pulled at my heart strings, as well as Zenny facing her tough decision. I really enjoyed their story and this narration really sold me on their story.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Not only did you make me fall in love with Tyler and Poppy in the first book you have now made me fall in love with Sean and Zenny in this one. Their love is so beautiful and precious I almost cried when I thought it was really over but my goodness you never fail to give us the best ending possible. I loved this book and I can’t wait to read the next and then even more of your work.
Thank you for giving us such an amazing book that touches on some sensitive subjects. I lost my Nan last year to cancer in a similar way and it brought up so many feelings I had tried to hide from, you even had me thinking about my own religious beliefs and feelings towards God.
Thank you Sierra, the Bell Brother books are hands down my favourite ❤️

I’m… well… I’m actually quite speechless

I listened to this on audiobook as well as reading along on my kindle, which I’m so glad I did.

I didn’t really get on with Priest, the first book, but looking back I think I should have probably listened on audio, so I might go back and do that another time.

Sinner was incredible, it was such a great forbidden, age gap romance. But it had substance, it had important conversations that really made me think. I felt connected with Sean and his journey with his faith, and if I’m being totally honest I didn’t expect for it to make me think about my faith. But I adored Sean, I adored seeing his character progression and watching him fall in love. I adored Zenny, I adored her determination, how intuitive she was and how she wasn’t afraid to be herself.

I loved watching their relationship grow, I loved seeing their chemistry, the angst and the forbidden-ness of it all was thrilling.

I also won’t lie, the spice was a great addition! Definitely lived up to the first book!

All I know is I’m a Sean Bell and Zenny Iverson lover!

Why use the C word so much?? It ruined it

As much as I like the story line. Using C*** was just so disappointing. I find it OK to see it every now and then. But it was every sentence at one point. Sickening

Plain and simple this book was incredible. I really enjoyed the was SS dissects the inferiority complex of humans in the face of religion. Sex and God and Religion. Loss and grief and guilt a d salvation. Themes I never knew would make such a beautiful story.

This story is Hot, Heavy and Intence

WOW oh WOW.
I didn't read Priest first, and it's not really necessary, but recommended., i did go back and listen to it. This one is a little lighter than Priest (i say lighter, and by lighter i mean ever so slightly)
Sierra Simone doesn't disappoint with her writing. It's actually kind of hard to put into words how good she actually writes.
She physically seduces you, when her characters seduce each other, she physically takes you on the emotional rollercoaster and makes you feel everything her characters feel, its something i have come across before but not on her level.

This is a book and series, that i would say, i highly recommend you take a chance on, if your up in the air. it wont disappoint.
It's the right amount of Hot, heavy, more hot and heavy and extra hot and heavy.

I loved this book

I loved this story and the narrators did a fantastic job of bringing the characters to life. Jacob did a fantastic job of making me laugh and cry throughout this book.
