Ok, maybe an so and so experience.

Loved this one. can say that I learn a lot about sleep? Cannot say why I did not like it more ? Maybe I myself wasn't in any state to learn new things! I was just hoping for relaxation! God knows.

Very informative

This entire podcast was absolutely rivetting. I liked that the episodes were so short. However, despite their being so short, they are absolutely jam packed with information. Furthermore, beyond simply understanding sleep, it's myths and purposes, some aspects of this podcast actually helped me sleep better.
