Story
Sadhguru dvelves on a variety of subjects, ranging from the concepts of time, quantum mechanics, different parts of the mind, religion, and meditation. This book is laced with humor and incisive logic, and moves towards an interesting climax where it is acknowledged that science and mysticism meet at a certain point. Exploring the possibilities and the pitfalls of the mind, Sadhguru lays bare the deceptive drama of the mind that, as he says, “can take you to great heights” as well as “render you to the depths of hell within yourself.”

Crisp and to the point
Wonderful book to understand that everything is within, to enjoy life. One should know the fact that the root cause of miseries and sorrows are mostly self inflicted and they are not because of external factors. Realisation is not a goal, it is only a state where one can understand the true nature of things which are right in front of us since beginning.

Truly enriched and valuable to every word
No super gyaan but the very essence of understanding important aspects of living, that is being joyful. And the cherry on top: it's narrated by the Mystic himself.

Another great gem from Sadhguru!
It's a love talk more than a book reading.
But that is the joy of listening to Sadhguru.
You can call him a mystic. But he is just another human being who enjoys being very present.
And always humorous!
You'll love it!

Such a wise and enlightening talk from a master
I only discovered Sadhguru recently when I bought his audible book ‘Inner Engineering’ from another reviewer’s recommendation. I’m going to listen to it again - and again! Sometimes I think I ‘get’ it, but I’m hard work!! If you are genuinely looking for the meaning of life, the universe and everything, the answer isn’t 42 - it’s this amazing man’s teachings!
