Publisher's Summary

The empire emerged in the 13th century out of a patchwork of states, and before its demise, it had unified China, invaded Japan and crossed the Danube in Europe.

This audiobook narrates all this vivid history, and shows how the Mogul Empire shaped the political contours of modern Asia.

Thorough yet relatively concise

I had studied and researched the Mongol for 12 years well a senior soldier. I thought I knew it all, until I read this great work. Kudos to the author and kudos to the narrator.
