Simple yet powerful technique
I enjoyed this book. It made more of an impact because the author herself narrated it. I had been using some of the tips given here, e.g. of listening to your heart, expressing yourself in a relationship, but the 5 second rule has been very helpful in many other situations.
Thank you, Mel!
