Powerful!

Great book. I've struggled with negativity all my life, and the past few years have been extremely difficult with all that is happening in our world. I learned some great tools from all nine steps. Episode 3 "Find Your People" was especially helpful. I have so many relationships in my life that deplete me. I'm making an effort to nurture the relationships with true kindreds. I appreciate the tip "when it comes to true kindred, quality not quantity is key".

Stupid stuff like smile to truck yourself into feeling better. Or just put your rose colored glasses on...Lalalala just ignorant

I wish I had this book in my hands 30 years ago!

I love that this book doesn’t take hours to express the simplicity and importance of each crucial detox subject.
Gosh! I’ll be listening to this again as soon as I finished journaling and meditating on the lessons learned.
I’m so grateful. Thank you.

Inspirational

Really cool podcast to help you reduce negatively in your life. Comes with a free workbook and activities. She summarizes the key points at the end of each episode to help drive home the message. On6e I've had some time practicing these steps I'll be sure to listen again and hopefully get some more insights. She has a lovely clear speaking voice with good intonation and rhythm.
